What happens if a brush arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you expected.
We want every brush to feel right in your hand. Each one is checked by our team for its point, shape and shedding before it is packed.
If a brush arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and the brush. After reviewing your case, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Unused brushes in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, brushes that have been used with paint, water or solvent cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method, or to a bank account you share with us. We will confirm the timeline with you when your refund is approved.
